I tell the patients right from the start and they know it when they come in and I tell it to them and the person on the phone tells it to them. If the doctor doesn’t get a big discernible change on any given visit, he’s not even going to charge it.

A lot of doctors have trouble with no-shows on the first visit. As a matter of fact, it’s so dramatic here in the Metroplex. Orthopedic surgeons, neurologists, OBGYNs, whatever, they have such a big no-show, they have a gap in there. So, they’re making them pay half of the fee to make sure they show up. And if they don’t show up, they forfeit the fee.

So, I’ve eliminated the no-shows.
