How Many Court Appearances Will There Be in My Court Case?

Ray Hrdlicka – Bail Agent – Bail Bond Cowboys

“Hi, this is Ray Hrdlicka.  So, the question you may have is…’how many court appearances will there be for the person once I get him out of jail?’  And the answer is…well, it varies.   There’s going to be some fixed court appearances.  There may or may not be a bail hearing, where he has to appear, and he would still be in custody.  And then after that, there is going to be an arraignment and then there might be some motions, that he may or may not have to appear. Your private attorney or your public defender will be able tell you on that.  Then there will be a preliminary hearing.  They will have to appear for that.  And if he’s held over for trial, then of course for trial.

There’s going to be at least 2-3, maybe 4 court appearances but you need to talk to your private attorney or your public defender to find out which of those he has to appear for.   Now, he’s going to have to appear for trial for sure, and the preliminary injunction for sure, and the arraignment for sure.   So, we know about those three.   The other ones, talk to your attorney.”
