“Hi, Ray Hrdlicka, Bail Bond Cowboys. Another question you might have, it’s a hypothetical question probably, is, ‘what’s the highest, what’s the largest bond that you can actually post at the jail?’ Okay?

Well, the answer is pretty much, anything. It’s been done in the past, but those bonds are far and few between. And when a bond is up here, usually they’re going to ask for a bail reduction, and it’s going to start coming down. So, we can post it up here, it’s been done before. All right. You’re going to have to have, needless to say, real estate collateral, but that doesn’t matter, depending upon who got arrested…family and friends. We’ve seen this…we’ve put together a bunch of houses, and to match the amount of the bail. Actually, we need more than the bail amount. Because we want to make sure the person goes to court. We want to make sure the court feels comfortable that they’re going to let the person out of jail. Because there may be, and I’ll explain this in a different video here, there might be a 1275 hold on it. I’ll explain that in a different video.

But the answer to this question…what’s the highest amount of bail you can post? And it’s pretty much unlimited. We can put together a number of insurance companies to post it. But it doesn’t really matter because it’s never going to be posted. You’re going to be bringing the bail down. So, it’s a hypothetical question, but I’ve been asked that question before.
