Should I Wait To Get A Bail Reduction?

Ray Hrdlicka – Bail Agent – Bail Bond Cowboys

“Hi, this is Ray Hrdlicka with Bail Bond Cowboys.  So, the question that may be on your mind is…’should I wait, and keep him in custody, should I not bail him out and wait to see if we get a bail reduction?’  Well, the answer to that question is that there are a lot of variables.  Okay?  The first is…how much is the bail?  What are the charges?  Any priors? Is he a security risk to himself or anybody else?  When you look at all those situations…what are the charges?…how much is the bail?…what are the priors?…Is he a risk to himself or somebody else?  What kind of community ties does he have?  He or she.  I’m always going to say he.  So the issue is…you have to look at all that to determine whether or not there’s going to be a bail reduction.

You know, if it’s a first time offense…possibly.  Again, it all depends on what the offence is….is it a domestic violence?  If it’s armed robbery…I don’t think so.  The judge wants to make sure that nothing else is going to happen and he’s going to go to court.  As a bail bondsman, when we bail somebody out, we want to make sure they do go to court.  So, the answer to that question is…it all depends.  It’s on a case-by-case basis.  That’s the issue. That’s what you have to look at and you can call us and we can discuss it with you.  Your particular situation and all those different variables. And give you a good idea based upon years and years of experience.  We can give you a good idea whether or not there’s a possibility of a bail reduction.  And it could possible save you some money.  But give us a call and we can talk about your case.  Again, Ray Hrdlicka with Bail Bond Cowboys.”
