My Brother-In-Law Was Arrested For Stealing Money From His Work. Should I Bail Him Out?

Ray Hrdlicka – Bail Agent – Bail Bond Cowboys

“Hi, Ray Hrdlicka. Bail Bond Cowboys. So here’s a question. We get a call, and the wife says, ‘hey, they say my brother-in-law stole money from his work. Should I bail him out?’ So, the question is not about the actual crime, the question is not about whether or not he did it, how much was taken, what happened. The question, really, is about, ‘do you trust him to go to court?’ Let me ask you the same questions that we ask somebody…when we’re on the telephone with them. How long have you known that person? Tell us about that person. Is he married?

Obviously, in this particular case, there’s a relationship, he’s your brother-in-law. How long have you known him? Where does he live? Does he rent, does he own? How long has he been in that situation? Does he have a job? How long has he worked at the job? Was he married? Does he have kids? What kind of relationship does he have with his family? With his community? What kind of ties does he have with his community? Is he participating in volunteer information? Does he do community events? I mean, what are his ties to the local community?

We ask those question because we want to know if he is going to stay in the are, and he has those strong connections that are going to keep him there. He’s not going to take off. We’re going to want you to give us that information, and we’re going to evaluate whether he’s going to do that or not. We want you to be responsible to us, and we want him to be responsible to you. So we’re going to ask those questions.

It’s not about whether or not he actually stole the money. It’s not about what happens…are they going to fire him? You know, of course that’s going to happen. But my question is…is he going to take care of business? In this court case. Throughout the entire length of the court case. Go to court, every single time. Either go to trial, case dismissed, adjudicated, whatever. That’s what we want to know. That’s the questions we’re going to ask you. Again, Ray Hrdlicka, Bail Bond Cowboys.

Give us a call, we’ll be happy to help you out.
