“Hi, I’m Ray Hrdlicka with Bail Bond Cowboys. And today we’re going to answer the question, ‘aren’t all bail bondsman exactly the same?’ And the answer is yes and no. Yes, because what we do is we get somebody out of jail, which is what you want us to do. So, we all provide the same service, but how we get there is the difference. That’s the “no” part of the answer there. So, when you contact, let’s say for instance, Bail Bond Cowboys here, we’re going to ask you a lot of questions about your relationship with the person in jail. Because we want to know about that relationship, we want to be able to trust you to help us make sure that person goes to court. So, we’re going to build this relationship.

A lot of bondsmen don’t care. The first questions they ask is, ‘do you have all the money? Do you have some of the money?’ Because that’s what I am going to write…I’m going to write the bond if you’ve got the money. And we want to make sure that everything goes according to plan…the bail bond contract…the person going to court. And that’s the reason there’s a difference between Bail Agencies.

So, the answer to that question is yes and no. The end service…it’s all the same. But how we get there, how we treat you, how that person develops a relationship with us…that’s the difference.
